The Pain Clinic was born in Rochester, NY through the insane desire of two people to compete in powerlifting. The founders, Mike Kenney and Ron Thompson, have competed in several powerlifting contests and hold several NYS WNPF records. Mike also holds a WNPF World record in the squat, WNPF squat World Champion and WNPF Iron Man National Champion. Both Mike and Ron believe that powerlifting and weight training is extremely beneficial to one's health and well-being, thus the desire to assist others by equipping them with Titan, Frantz, Eleiko, Yukon Fitness Equipment and our newest addition, Troy Barbell Products.

Currently, we have some Pain Clinic Originals in production and will be adding them to our website. We have set goals that we would like to communicate to you. Our first goal is to provide you as authorized dealers of Titan,Frantz, Eleiko, Yukon Fitness Equipment and Troy Barbell Fitness Products which will improve your performance. Our second goal is to provide you with these high quality products at a reasonable price. Our third and final goal is to pay tribute to you, the real people that use real gear. Let's face it, not many of us will appear on the cover of the latest powerlifting magazines, but we train just as hard. Our desire is to post pictures of your lifts, whether in a contest or in the gym, on the Gallery page of our site so we can pay tribute to you, the real lifters.
